Found this on 'Scribd' which is gaining traction as the YouTube for documents. Which I don't really understand since that's what I thought the internet was circa 1998. Nonetheless, I thought the Disco people might have some opinions.

My high level comments after a quick skim:
- Intellectual intelligence not being an indicator of success may also be due to a mismeasure of intelligence (EQ vs IQ)
- Lack of socialisation skills might not be a bad thing if you are surrounded by mornos (Albert was still cool)
- Don't really see too much in the article by way of hard research (good ideas but where's the proof?)
What an excellent collection of generalisations. Some appear to be based on anecdotal evidence - we all know about the geniuses who can't operate simple appliances or who don't understand social rules. Some appear to be based on nothing at all. The glaring problem is the reference to the large proportion of prison populations who are emotionally retarded but of above-average intelligence. Garbage. Complete garbage. I think intelligent people might be unhappy because they're smart enough to realise that their intelligence probably won't make a difference. Get smart and start playing sport.
